Drew Stevens, Ph.D., a practice management consultant in St. Louis, stated that chiropractors have to look at customer service as one of the reasons for lack of patients. Patient interaction is among the standards for referring new patients to the practice, and for patients coming back. If you want to know the way to get more patients, try practicing excellent client service. This way, when you do perform advertising for chiropractors, at least youwill be able to tell patients that are future when they visit you, they will get an excellent encounter.
