Many folks find themselves sitting in front of a computer all day. Then they wonder why they have pain in their own shoulders. Then they live on pain killers to reduce pain when using ergonomic seats, when this can in fact be prevented. When sitting on an ergonomic chair, you are now able to spend more time in front of the computer without having to handle constant striving and back pain of your neck. Your concentration levels will peak when sitting.
