This buddy of mine just got put on a diet to help fight off other toxins and the Candida Albicans. It"s a truly strict one; no sugar, fruit, starch, etc. His question is he lifts weights. He"s used to a high protein diet, which his nutritionist is against all that. What he"s wondering is if protein can affect Candida development. He consistently believed protein was not bad for the immune system. He desires to understand what I believe.
