You may not be aware that you are being caused by your purse and shoulder pain along with occasional headaches. Before I understood it was my bag, I suffered from this issue a couple of years back. If you are attempting to get that massage visit paid, you better be able to monitor a referral someplace. Insurance company denying the importance of your attention? Where"s your documentation regarding your patient"s visit to the Orthopedic Surgeon whose recommendation was to continue with chiropractic attention? You ought to be documenting all referrals to and from your practice. An auditor who looks through your notes and finds none will not conclude that you don"t ever refer. He thinks that he"s located a chiropractor who fails to record thoroughly and looks to see what other errors he can find.
My wife (who hasn"t smoked) wanted me to quit smoking. From time to time she would remind me that "kissing you is like licking the bottom of an ashtray". Ouch! Obviously, that statement is absolutely authentic and there"s really no great result to it. But, as solid as that statement might be, it did not supply enough help for my own support staff to quit smoking.
JJ: I yearn to play with Adam in Neil LaBute"s The Shape of Things. The range of emotions displayed by this poor man is immeasurable. I also hope to play with any male character in Death of a Salesman (my favored play), Ken in Red, Boolie in Driving Miss Daisy, and Amos in Chicago. Honestly, I could go on forever. I liked to find a business that had been in operation for many of years, before handing over any one of my cash.
Doctors that are oK, now it is your decision. I understand some of you"re saying "Ewwww, if I did any of those things, somebody might see me and say something." Exactly, that is the purpose!
