Beds are usually too soft, and most individuals consider they should sleep flat on their backs. I recommend everyone invest in a good company bedding, or least sleep using a bed board below the mattress, while sleeping on their side. At first blush this might not seem proper, however 28 years in practice has shown that this strategy works better than most. Of course if you can manage it, the sleep number beds give excellent support and permit husband-and-wife to possess distinct settings in the same bed.

All these things have been done by me. I sleep better at night with out my neck and shoulder pain. Sometimes I make an effort to switch off to a big purse but I"m instantly reminded with the head aches that follow and the stiffness in my neck.
